Referrals Process

The referrals process is very simple. All referrals are to be sent to referrals co-ordinator, Samia Baig

Step 1: Send a brief summary of work required to samia.baig@familysupportpractise.co.uk or simply contact by telephone on 07899 812554.

Step 2: The referrals co-ordinator will contact the client within 24 hours, to collect further information, discuss the referral and identify an appropriate resource for the work required.
